Our favorite new features from HubSpot Inbound ’19 Conference
Last week was a massive week for HubSpot as they held their Inbound ’19 Conference in Boston. With it comes new features and updates that are sure to cause excitement for all you HubSpot Users. HubSpot focused on the feedback of its users to enhance its system and meet their needs. “We spoke, they listened.”
We want to focus on a few of our favorites in no particular order:
Deduplication (Professional and Enterprise):
Deduplication is now a native tool inside HubSpot. HubSpot already did a great job of finding matched records and now provides a built-in mechanism for discovery and reconciliation of deduplication. This is both available in Contact and Company lists. This tool uses machine learning to help reduce the headaches of deduping your data.
Lead Ad Creation(all users)
Create ads for your Facebook account, even is the free edition! Now you can create and track your ads right in HubSpot. This is huge! Now you can see all your data in one place and also toggle your ads off and on.
With the New App Marketplace, you can easily find and install apps for your HubSpot instance. With the app marketplace improvements, you can easily find and make better-informed decisions on app choices.
Not only are chatbots impressive on your website to help customers and prospects get answers to your questions, but they add significant value to your time. Even in the free version of HubSpot CRM, you can add chatbots and create chat flows to automate the conversation with those on your website. If you haven’t tried this feature yet, we would highly recommend looking into it.
